KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Luyang Youth will organise a blood donation campaign on August 20 from 9am to 4pm at the SAPP Luyang office, Bornion Centre.
The theme of the event is "Ramadan Blood Donation" as it is held during the fasting month.
Organising chairman Alson Lee, who is also the SAPP Luyang Youth Committee, said the basic aim is to help health care institutions that are in continuous need of blood supply.
"We target non-Muslim donors to support the campaign since Muslims are fasting," he added.
The campaign is also to enhance the relationship between the party, the hospital and the public.
Donors will receive gifts.
