SANDAKAN: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Elopura branch chairman Liau Fook Kong lamented that the cleanliness at Oldslipway had not improved despite the "political drama" put up by 30 Gerakan members doing some cleaning job there recently.
Liau said Sandakan Municipal Council (SMC) public health chairman Lily Aw should bear the full responsibility and take the necessary action to fully settle the cleanliness and hygienic problem at Oldslipway.
He added that the walkways at Blocks 4 and 5 were dirty and wastewater was found spilled on the first floor, making it slippery for the residents and pedestrians.
